With nearly over 30 years of construction experience, Todd began his career as an investor with a custom luxury home developer in the Birmingham/Bloomfield area of southeastern Michigan. In 1996, he founded Sterling Development Corporation, growing it into a company known for excellence in new custom luxury homes, additions, and renovations.

With over 150 completed projects, Todd’s vision continues to drive the company’s success -consistently meeting sales and service goals and building a loyal, ever-growing client base rooted primarily in referrals.
