“Todd, I have been searching for the words to express how much I love my house and how much it has enhanced my life. The layout downstairs is so much more functional and has made the house bigger and better looking. The kitchen works very well and I am glad to have the seating around the island, which works for me. The reworked bedrooms upstairs are great and the hall bathroom is now a great bathroom. The addition of the bathroom, closet and laundry is so wonderful and I am enjoying it so much. I feel so glad to have the mechanics, framing, exterior, plumbing, cabinets, electrical and HVAC all so solid, up-to-date and well done. Trim work and tile work is exceptional. Glad to have great Marvin windows. So proud we took an aging, worn-out house with potential and made it into a beautiful, functional and still-charming home.
